Delete Your Revisionary Account
This page explains how Revisionary users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion, email support from the email address linked to your Revisionary account. Use the subject line "Delete my Revisionary account".
What We Delete
- Your Revisionary account profile and authentication-linked app record.
- Your notes, tasks, flashcards, prompts, AI usage records, and app settings stored by Revisionary.
- Connected Google OAuth tokens stored by Revisionary, if you connected Google features.
- Subscription entitlement records stored by Revisionary.
What May Be Kept
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or app store purchase records. These retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying that the request came from the account owner. Some backup or log records may take longer to age out of automated retention systems.
Disconnect Google Access
You can also revoke Revisionary's Google access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
